Christian Faith and beliefs have been getting different attacks from the onset, when our Lord Jesus Christ was revealed as the messiah. The Jews persecuted Him and His disciples through various ways, mostly physical attacks and discrediting their works. They were called different names and tagged as the blasphemers. They persecuted and murdered. These kind of attacks are what we grew up to know and it seems that Christians finds it effective, because the more we are persecuted by the enemy of the church of Christ, the stronger we become and the good news spread about.

So Satan crusaders discovered a different strategy, a different approach to be effective in his attacks against the church of Christ.  Together they lunched “OPERATION MELTDOWN”. You know, Satan tries to use the same bible scriptures to confuse believers in to doing his biddings. So he introduced this passage:

“Matthew 12:29 (NKJV)
29 Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house”.

We understand this passage to be to our advantage as believers but not remembering that the Word of God is a two edged sword, that cuts in both directions. We have been using this passage to attack Satan’s post in general to free the captives and to reclaim lost glories, but this is what The Lord opened my eyes to see recently. How Satan is using this same approach against believers to meltdown our stand points.

Let’s look at it, he had to lie to Eve to get her to act against the Will of God. He could not lay hold of Daniel and his friends until he used his stand point against him. Satan knows that he has no power over the believers, I mean born again Christians. He can’t physically touch us and he can still manipulate the Lukewarm type believers to infiltrate and penetrate believers unity to meltdown our stand points. Satan’s strategy is, if he can’t touch you, you can certainly touch yourselves.

So the assignment for his agents is to look for reputable figures in Christian Faith, who had been attacked, injured, hurt, disheartening, rejected and abandoned, certainly vulnerable and deeply bitter to recruit as his hot tools for the meltdown of Christian believers stand points.

The Christianity stand points like marriage between man and woman, that had been one of the core stand point within Christian Faith is now a global debate, which was not so some years ago. Debates on tithe and offering which was the source of Christian blessings because it helps to relate humbly with the one who first gave to us before we even had anything to give back. Steering believers focus to the mis-use of this giving by some derailed servants of God, that have suffered personal meltdown themselves and the industry type churches or better called ministries that are now springing forth from this same meltdown agenda of satan to destabilised and cause weakness in the body of Christ. The word dating is more used in the church now than fiancé, the meaning of dating is now called testing the ground, tasting the wine, cohabitation is now checking compatibility. Church going is of no important since you can join in on Facebook, internet streaming, donate your offerings or send your tithe to the bank of your favourite Christian programme online.

The accountability of the shepherd to the sheep and sheep to the shepherd is now inconsequential. A sheep can have multiple shepherds, church members are free to call in on different talk shows  to discuss their pastor and seek different counsel from people who do not know their day to day activities like the pastor supposed to know. It is alarming to us, but not for our Lord Jesus Christ. He had already forecast this meltdown, when He explained the parable of the Tares to His disciples in Matthew 13:36-43 and ended it with, “let He who has ears to hear, let him hear”.
In verse 39, He said, the harvest is the end of the age.

Matthew 13:36-43 (NKJV)

The Parable of the Tares Explained
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”
37 He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. 39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

Perilous Times and Perilous Men

2 Ti 3:1-8 talks about the behaviours among the believers at the last days., verse 6 shows how these nonsense will creep into the house of believers.

To prevent this operation meltdown by the devil, Christians must arise and be vigilant to test every spirit. Be renewed in their minds daily to prevent from being deceived by these agents attacks. Most importantly not become one of the hot tools of Satan for stand point meltdown of Christian believers faith.

Satan has no power over the church, as the church is founded by Christ and the gate of hell can not prevail over it.

We can resist this meltdown, if every born again Christian will seek to know God themselves, seeking a deeper relationship with Christ Jesus. We will get to understand His will and expectations for our lives. We won’t have to take anyone’s word for it. We will be certain of our conviction in Christ our Lord.

Yes there is a meltdown from within the church walls but like every other strategy he had used, this will also fail. When he tempted Jesus at the beginning of His ministry on the mount, Satan failed. In the garden of Gethsemane he fail again, he’s a born failure, who will forever fail in our lives. Victory is ours.

The end is nearer than ever, guard your belt, stand firm in your confession, don’t allow created things to rob you of your eternal inheritance.
